KFA2 Slider 05 is a budget mouse for gamers with RGB backlight. How does it work in practice and is it worth buying? Opinion, review.
KFA2 Slider 05 – first impressions
The Chinese company KFA2 is known for creating, among others graphics cards. It is relatively young – it was established in 1994 as GalaxyTech in Hong Kong. It has just launched a new series of devices dedicated to players. In today’s review, I am focusing on an ultra-light mouse called Slider-05.
I have to admit that it made a positive first impression on me. The box is stylish, the graphics are clear and, as you can see in the picture, the mouse seems to be “alive”. Inside the box, of course, there is a mouse and a quick start guide.
What distinguishes KFA2 Slider 05 is its weight. It is very light. It weighs only 60 grams, which is 2.5 times less than the Patriot Viper V551 I use and described earlier. You can feel this difference from the first movement of the mouse over the pad. Low weight means that we can play and work longer, and our wrist does not get tired so quickly. However, it requires getting used to, because the mouse is very lively and initially not very precise when making quick hand movements. You just have to take into account that it moves sideways faster.
Another thing I noticed is the cable. It is 1.8 meters long as a standard, but it is made of braid, which is to further strengthen it. It feels hollow to the touch, quite loose and willing to tangle. If it were more stiff, the cable would tangle less.
